My favourite picture from the whole trip. It vaguely reminds me of the vastly superior photograph by Frans Lanting which covers the Lonely Planet guide to Antarctica. In Lanting's shot, you really felt the chick's coldness as it huddled next to its parent. Here it looks to me like the chick is just enjoying the warmth of the sunshine.
